At Elevate Jane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home additions. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your space, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, as we cannot accept damaged goods.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
